: Psychological well-being is not only the absence of psychological pressure or problems but also state accepting oneself and one's past, experiencing personal growth, finding meaning purpose in life, maintaining positive relationships with others, effectively managing life environment, having ability to make autonomous decisions. Hemodialysis therapy has an impact on physical, psychological, social patients, specifically individuals chronic renal failure. The objective this study examine patients undergoing hemodialysis for research employed a qualitative method phenomenological approach. Data were collected through interviews observations involving three participants. purposive sampling technique was utilized, data analyzed thematically. findings indicate that failure who undergo initially go phase rejecting their condition. They may experience emotions such as anger, fear, despair, anxiety. However, these tend diminish support received from families environment. Besides family support, other factors contribute improvement well-being. These include economic stability sense fulfillment fulfilling parental responsibilities.
